Position description

The Division of Undergraduate Education has an opening for a part-time Lecturer during the 2025 Spring Quarter (March 26, 2025 – June 13, 2025) for the following course:

UNI STU 85B "Leading Others". Students examine leadership best practices within a team environment. They learn goal setting, diagnosing performance problems, designing solutions, and recognizing relevant differences in culture, priorities, and values within a team through lectures, writing, discussions, and practical activities.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

A Master’s or Ph.D. in a field appropriate to the course (e.g., Civic Engagement, Public Policy, Sociology) and experience working in the field of leadership research or an equivalent amount of relevant professional working experience.
